She’s fitting right in! Meghan Markle married Prince Harry on Saturday, May 19, and now the royal family is doing all they can to make Meghan feel “loved” and “welcomed” as the new Duchess of Sussex.

“She has been warmly embraced by both Kate [Middleton] and Camilla [Parker Bowles], and even Harry has been doing what he can to make sure she feels comfortable and at ease,” a source told Entertainment Tonight. “Harry, Camilla, Kate, along with [Prince] Charles, whom she’s developed a particularly close bond [with], have all been doing what they can to make sure Meghan feels welcomed and loved.” And they’re not the only ones. Queen Elizabeth is clearly taking to Meghan quite nicely, as the two just had their first joint appearance together on Thursday, June 14.

Perhaps everything is going so well for Meghan since she’s been undergoing princess training since before she even got engaged to Harry late last year. Before the royal wedding, insiders gushed about how dedicated Meghan was to becoming a great royal.

“Meghan can’t wait to marry Harry and has been spending months preparing to be his wife,” a source once revealed to Life & Style. “She doesn’t want to ruffle any royal feathers. She wants to be ready for her new position and master all the ins and outs of what it takes to be a royal.” Another insider previously shared, “She’s 100 percent committed to [Harry]. Meghan’s really ready to take on all the responsibilities that come with being part of the royal family.”

And now, according to a palace source, Meghan is “very excited about” being in the royal family. “You could argue that this job is her baby right now. It’s a job she wants to consider every element of and decision for very carefully,” the insider told Us Weekly. We think she’s doing great so far!
