Meghan Markle Reportedly Has Royal Staff ‘Working Around The Clock’ And Is ‘A Perfectionist’

I don’t want to say I would overwork the staff if I was ever a prince, but I will say that if I ever had a craving for waffles at four in the morning I would expect my staff to get to it. Is that too much to ask for? Well I don’t know what Megan Markle is asking for these days but according to reports Meghan hasn’t been the easiest person to look after.

According to InTouch, Meghan’s assistant quit earlier this month becoming the third member of Meghan and Prince Harry‘s team to say so long. And why is that? Well it’s been a tough go-around for the staff tending to them. A source states, “working for Harry and Meghan may sound glamorous, but the reality is that it involves working around the clock—and it’s extremely challenging.” The source then goes ahead and singles out Meghan, saying, “Meghan is a perfectionist and gets stressed if things don’t go her way.” The source also reveals that Meghan wakes up at 5 a.m., writes her own speeches and sends a ton of texts with ideas. “Staff are dropping like flies due to their hectic and demanding schedules,” the source says. “There are even whispers that working for Meghan is like a scene from The Devil Wears Prada,” adds the source.

Talk about spilling the tea. The source has more to reveal, too: “Her diva demands are rubbing certain family members and employees the wrong way. It didn’t take long for Meghan to show her true colors once Harry popped the question. She turned into a total bridezilla before their May wedding and made all kinds of ludicrous demands.”

The source does go on to say that he understands Meghan’s behavior, saying, “Her heart is in the right place — she just wants to make a good impression and do good work. Plus,it isn’t easy to juggle being pregnant with royal duties and adapting to a new life in a new country.”

We recently learned that Meghan is also going her own route when it comes to what she wears, as a source recently said, “Meghan is being told she needs to start dressing less like a Hollywood star and more like a royal,” as Meghan is reportedly all about wearing black. Well since reports say that dealing with Meghan is like a scene from The Devil Wears Prada, I just hope Meghan ends every conversation with this: “That’s all.”
