People Are Criticizing Meghan Markle for Being Too Clingy With Husband Prince Harry During Royal Events

Should Prince Harry and Meghan Markle lay off the PDA? Royal fans are criticizing the 36-year-old Duchess of Sussex for being too clingy with her new husband during the duo's recent royal outings.

When Prince Louis' official christening portraits were released via Instagram earlier this week, Meghan was immediately slammed for holding on to Harry's arm in one of the royal family photos.

"I really don’t understand why Meghan can’t let go of Harry one single minute. Looks like a teen that just wants to do the opposite of what she should be doing," user @f.phhh commented on the @KensingtonRoyal pic with another person similarly adding, "Why is Meghan so clingy? Every pic she’s always pawing at the hubby. Like run Harry," @jamiejdean wrote.

When Harry, 33, and Meghan stepped out a few days earlier at the RAF Centenary celebration on July 10, some royal fans took to Twitter to voice their opinions of the couple's seemingly constant PDA. "Must she always hold his hand? Meghan, we know that you are not shy one bit and you prepared for all of these so stop acting up, and stop being clingy," user @SewuBem wrote.

Interestingly, people noticed Meghan's insistence on always holding Harry's hand or arm in photos as soon as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex became engaged back in November 2017.
