Meg Ryan Taking “a Little Break” from Dating After John Mellencamp Split

Meg Ryan is enjoying the single life!

In a candid new interview, the 54-year-old actress admitted she's "taking a little break" from dating after her divorce from Dennis Quaid and subsequent splits with Russell Crowe and John Mellencamp.

“I’m on a little break [from love]," the mom-of-two confessed. "I’m [in love] with my life right now in a way that I adore, with my kids and my world.”

“I love my age. I love my life right now. I love what I know about. I love the person I’ve become, the one I’ve evolved into. In my life I’ve been scrappy as hell, but I feel easy with things now. I think that comes with age," Meg continued.

The You've Got Mail star was previously hitched to Dennis — with whom she has a 23-year-old son, Jack Quaid — from 1991 to 2001. Following her divorce, Meg was then involved in long term relationships with Russell and John, with the latter ending in 2014 after a three year courtship.

Though things ultimately didn't work out between herself and John, the actress — who is also a mom to an 11-year-old adopted daughter, Daisy True — assured she has no hard feelings toward the singer, who is now dating Christie Brinkley.
