Health NewsGet the Latest on Maksim Chmerkovskiy’s ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Injury!

We miss you so much, Maksim Chmerkovskiy!

The Dancing With the Stars pro gave his fans another recovery update on his recent calf injury — and it seems things are finally looking up for the pro dancer after a rough few days!

On Saturday, April 1, Maks took to Instagram to share a new video of himself looking healthy and happy as ever shortly after his recent surgery. "Therapy day three post calf muscle tear, progress check…?, #MyDocIsBetterThanYours #ModernDayMiracles," he wrote on the social media platform next to the clip.

The fact that he's already walking again has DWTS fans very optimistic! "Looking great, take it slow and easy. You'll be back in no time," one user wrote. Another follower added, "Glad to see you're doing so great. Keep it up and you'll be back in the ballroom soon. But, don't overdo it, don't want to see you getting hurt again."

Maks got injured during rehearsals last week and will also sit out again during tonight's episode because of it. While he rests, we bet he's rooting for his fiancée, Peta Murgatroyd, and of course his partner, Heather Morris!
