Maggie Gyllenhaal Looks Unrecognizable While Shooting Her New TV Show — Plus See More Stars Who’ve Transformed Themselves for Film Roles!

Maggie Gyllenhaal, is that you?!

The 37-year-old actress stepped out looking almost unrecognizable on the set of her new TV show, The Deuce, in NYC on Wednesday, Nov. 4.

For her latest role, the mom-of-two swapped her usual brunette pixie cut for shoulder-length blonde curls to portray Time Square prostitute Eileen “Candy” Merrell in the upcoming drama.

The series — set to air on HBO — reportedly follows the rise of the porn industry in NYC during the 1970s.
