The last surviving Casablanca star died on Sunday, May 1 in Spain after breaking her thigh bone, her stepson told The Hollywood Reporter. She was 92-years-old.

Madeleine portrayed Rick Blaine’s jilted mistress, Yvonne — who famously performed “Le Marseillaise” — in the 1942’s Casablanca. The French actress additionally appeared in films 8½, Angélique, Paris After Dark and more before ending her acting career in 1970.
