Well, this is rare! Lisa Marie Presley hit the red carpet on Monday, Oct. 16 — and she was accompanied by her three daughters during the unexpected appearance.
Her girls, Riley, 28, and twins Harper and Finley, 9, happily posed alongside their famous mom at the Elle Women in Hollywood event in LA, which was the first time Elvis Presley’s daughter was publicly seen with all three of her girls. She’s also a mom to a son, Benjamin, 24 (whom she welcomed with her ex-husband Danny Keough, who is also Riley’s dad). Watch the video below to see the adorable family reunion!
Lisa Marie filed for divorce from the twins’ dad, Michael Lockwood, back in June 2016, and the two have been in a custody battle over Harper and Finley (who were born in 2008) ever since, especially after Lisa claimed Michael is the subject of criminal investigations involving hundreds of inappropriate photos of children that authorities recently found on his electronic devices.
In the heat of this mess, sources tell Closer Weekly that the twins are living with their grandmother, Priscilla Presley. “Priscilla is picking up the pieces of this shattered family,” an insider exclusively revealed. “She’s opened up her heart and, of course, her home in Beverly Hills to the girls.”
“She can take care of her granddaughters better than anyone. She’s taking them to school and playdates. Of course, they ask about Mommy and Daddy, but they have Priscilla, who calmly tells them everything will be OK,” the source continued.
Back in February, Priscilla publicly opened up about her decision to care for her granddaughters. “There is lots of confusion, commotion, and concern from all the talk circulating. Let me put this to rest… the girls have not been in foster care and never will be. The girls have been with me and will be until all this is sorted out,” she said. “Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your positive support.” We hope everything works out and it was so good to see Lisa with her girls again!
