Linda Stokes Fighting James Caan for Custody Over 16-Year-Old Son
For the third time in the last 10 years, actor James Caan has filed for divorce from his wife, Linda Stokes — but this time around, it looks like the couple are in for a nasty custody battle.
While the couple originally claimed they were seeking joint custody of their 16-year-old son Jacob, a new report states that Linda plans to fight for both legal and physical custody.

The costume designer is also seeking spousal support from ‘The Godfather’ star, 74, despite the fact that he asked the courts to terminate her rights to his finances.
Since the couple never signed a prenuptial agreement, this battle could get messy.
