Kim Zolciak-Biermann is back in the ballroom!

On Monday, Nov. 16, the 37-year-old reality star took to Instagram to announce she is returning to Dancing with the Stars for the show's upcoming finale episode following her elimination from the competition in September after suffering a mini-stoke.

"I'm back at it! With @tonydovolani. I'm so excited to be dancing at the finale next week! What an emotional roller coaster this has been! What a blessing! #DancingShoes," Kim captioned a photo of herself and her pro dance partner, Tony Dovolani, at rehearsal.

Earlier this season, Kim was cut from the reality show in the second week of competition following her mini-stoke hospitalization. "The last 24hrs have been whirlwind! I landed yesterday morning from LAX (took the red eye right after DWTS) I got home and within minutes suffered a TIA (mini stroke) — the left side of my body went completely numb and my speech was gone," she wrote on Instagram in late September.

Kim and Tony were subsequently discharged from the show because the program's rules state a contestant must withdraw in the instance of a health issue or illness preventing them from dancing.
