In an exclusive interview with Closer, Kim Cattrall explains she isn’t leaving the U.S. any time soon, despite recent reports!

“My home is always New York City,” Kim confirms to the mag. “I was born in England, grew up in Canada and live in the United States. That has been my triangle for the past 10 years.”

So why the rumors? After a nine-year struggle, Kim claimed she was “not really saying, ‘Yes,’ to Hollywood right now [but] saying, ‘Yes,’ to other choices” when she decided to head up north to produce her dark midlife crisis comedy Sensitive Skin for HBO Canada.

“If I wasn’t doing something so exciting, I’d be clinging to Sex and the City more.”

But she’s learning that home is really where her heart is. “I’ve been working a lot in England,” she explains, “and I’m getting used to the idea that where I am for a certain period of time — maybe a couple of months — is where I live.”
