TV star Kelly Ripa couldn't wait to celebrate her daughter Lola Consuelos' 17th birthday on Instagram on Saturday, June 16. Last week, Kelly took to social media on two occasions to post family throwback pics to show how proud she is of the woman her daughter is becoming.

The first photo showed Kelly's husband, Mark Consuelos, cradling a newborn Lola in his arms. "TBT 2001 @instasuelos got the best #fathersday present in the form of Lola," she captioned the snapshot.

The second pic showed the birthday girl still in her mother's belly while Kelly held up one finger to the camera. Mark is also seen in the pic looking very excited and holding Kelly's stomach. "Happy 17th birthday Lola!!! Since you refused all photo tributes I was forced to go deep within. With all our love," the proud mom-of-three captioned the pic.

Although we would have loved to see a photo tribute of Lola, the teen has previously been very vocal about her dislike of her mom sharing unapproved photos of her online. Last year, Kelly appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and vented about her then 16-year-old daughter. "I'm never allowed to post a photo of her — ever," she said before explaining that she ultimately broke Lola's rule when she thought it would ok to post a throwback pic of her daughter going trick-or-treating with her two brothers.

"She's like, 'You take it down right now! My friends follow you for some reason and they will see this!' I was like, 'You know what? I will take it down. I'll take it down for you.' And that was the end of the discussion," Kelly continued. Although Lola is off limits, Kelly still loves to post photo tributes of her other kids, sons Michael Consuelos, 21, and Joaquin Consuelos, 15.

Earlier this month, Kelly celebrated her eldest son Michael's 21st birthday online with a heartfelt Instagram tribute. The minute-long slideshow showed her boy growing up over the years. "[Twenty-one] years ago today the galaxy was shooketh! Happy birthday HE! We love you BIG," Kelly captioned the cute clip.
