It’s no secret Kelly Clarkson is one of the most talented singers in the game — and as it turns out, her net worth reflects just that. According to Celebrity Net Worth, The Voice coach is worth an estimated $45 million! That’s certainly enough dough to make anyone want to hit those high notes!

During her divorce from Brandon Blackstock, it was revealed in court documents that Kelly takes in a whopping salary of $1.9 million per month. The eye-watering figure includes her salary for her daytime chatfest The Kelly Clarkson Show and her position as a coach on NBC’s The Voice. She has been with the beloved singing competition from season 14 to season 19 and Radar Online reported the singer gets paid about $14 million per season!

Why so much? Well, the new American Idol began airing the same year she joined The Voice and there was allegedly a bidding war for which show would get her on the cast. The Voice won out, so producers offered Kelly the second-largest salary ever for it. Speaking of American Idol, Kelly was the first winner of the series and she has since gone on to put out eight studio albums.

In addition, the mother of two finished her 9th headlining concert tour  — the Meaning of Life Tour — in the spring of 2019. She accumulated over $17.5 million in the box office for her 28-date tour from January to March of that year. Kelly also raked in a number of accolades to solidify her status (and pay rate) as a pop legend, including three Grammy Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards, four American Music Awards, and two Academy of Country Music Awards. Not too shabby, huh?

Kelly proved her talent beyond music when her very own TV series, The Kelly Clarkson Show, premiered on Monday, September 9, 2019. “I love connecting with people, playing games, music and finding ways to help or give back to communities/organizations,” she said of the hour-long eponymous show, according to The Hollywood Reporter. “Having my own talk show where I get to do all of these things is pretty much a dream job!”

The series took over Steve Harvey‘s show Steve’s time slot and acts as a lead-in to The Ellen DeGeneres ShowKelly quickly became one of talk TV’s biggest and most beloved personalities. With her show’s stellar ratings, Kelly was given Ellen’s coveted 3pm time slot starting in September 2022, after the longtime host steps down in May after 19 seasons on the air. That should come with a nice pay bump to add to Kelly’s vast fortune!

Kelly has yet another paycheck coming in with her latest TV venture, The American Song Contest, which premieres on March 21, 2022. Along with cohost Snoop Dogg, Kelly will preside over a competition featuring singers from across the country going head to head live over an eight-week period. Based on the incredibly popular Eurovision Song Contest, the show will feature musical acts from all 50 states and six U.S. territories competing with their own original song.
