Fans have gotten a glimpse of her mansion in her Facebook live videos, leaving many to wonder: Is Kelly Clarkson's house for sale?

Turns out the 20,000-square-foot property in Nashville is on the market for $8.75 million — and for good reason! According to Entertainment Tonight, the lakeside house comes equip with luxuries including a pool, hot tub, movie theater, volleyball court, and cowboy bar!

And that's not all. The lavish space — filled with eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms — has built in bunk beds and a ping pong table in one room, a huge eat-in kitchen, canopy-covered bathtub, and more!

The estate — owned by Kelly, 34, and her husband, Brandon Blackstock — is where the couple has been raising their two kids, daughter River Rose, 2, and son Remington, 11 months. They are moving because they're building their family a new residence on their farm near Nashville!

In a previous interview, the American Idol winner revealed she and Brandon, 40, don't get out for date night often. And with a house like that, we can see why they'd never want to leave!

"We don’t generally do a lot honestly, because we’re just so tired! He manages Blake Shelton, he also manages me, we have four kids, there’s a whole career!" Kelly said during a recent appearance.

The two previously married in October 2013. The talent manager is also a dad to two older kids, Savannah and Seth, from his first marriage.

"I had kids older, so I had selfish times when I’d go out and have fun so I don’t feel like I’ve missed anything," Kelly added. "I feel like a lot of moms that started at like 21 having kids, no, no. I started at 30, so we’re good!" Admit it Kelly, you don't want to leave your beautiful home to go out!
