Katie Holmes and her little girl, Suri Cruise, posed for a Mother’s Day Instagram selfie on Sunday, May 14 — and almost looked like twins in the new photo!
“#HappyMothersDay ??????,” Katie, 38, captioned the sweet snapshot of herself giving her 11-year-old a loving smooch on the cheek.

Katie and her ex-husband, Tom Cruise — the two were married from 2006 until 2012 — previously welcomed Suri in April 2006.
This isn’t the first time the Dawson’s Creek alum has taken to social media to pay a special tribute to her daughter. Just a few weeks ago, she shared a photo of the two hugging and captioned the pic, “My sweetie ??????? #Love #Beach #Gratitude.”

In a previous interview, Katie revealed how important it is to her to be a great mother to Suri amid her busy career in showbiz.
“This business is so unstable, and you never really know where you’re going to be… My child is the most important person to me, and her upbringing is paramount to my work right now,” she told Town & Country magazine.
