Princess Eugenie’s Engagement Ring
On October 12, Princess Eugenie will marry her love, the wine merchant Jack Brooksbank, at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor — the same place Harry and Meghan were wed earlier this year. The engagement ring Jack gave to Eugenie features an oval, coral-colored padparadscha sapphire surrounded by diamonds and is similar to the engagement ring that Eugenie’s mother, Sarah Ferguson, received from her father, Prince Andrew, back in 1986 (though that ring was a gorgeous Burmese ruby surrounded by diamonds).

Princess Diana’s Engagement Ring
The engagement ring of Princess Diana consists of a 12-carat oval blue sapphire, surrounded by 14 solitaire diamonds and set in 18K white gold. Because she chose it herself, she was heavily criticized for picking one that was available to so-called commoners instead of having one custom-made. But Princess Diana’s engagement ring quickly became iconic after millions of non-royal women took a look at that rock — the style practically flew off the shelves!

Kate Middleton’s Engagement Ring
After Prince William inherited his beloved late mother's ring, he passed it on to his wife Kate. Although the piece of jewelry was slightly too big for her, the duchess was able to have it altered by the Crown Jeweller, G. Collins and Sons. You'd never guess just by looking at it, but the team actually placed small platinum rings inside of it to make sure it fit comfortably. And of course, it still looks stunning to this day!

Meghan Markle’s Engagement Ring
Prince Harry designed a ring for his lovely bride-to-be with three shining diamonds. As the royal told BBC in an interview following the engagement announcement, he had the main diamond sourced from Botswana. The two surrounding diamonds are from Princess Diana's personal collection. We love how both he and Prince William found a special way to honor their mom when proposing to their lovely ladies!

Queen Elizabeth’s Engagement Ring
As you might imagine, Queen Elizabeth's engagement ring is nothing short of regal — and it has a pretty sweet story behind it, too. The sparkling diamonds in the jewelry actually came from a tiara that belonged to her husband Prince Philip's mother, Princess Alice of Battenberg. Aww, we always knew that her spouse had a soft side!

The Queen Mother’s Engagement Ring
Queen Elizabeth's mother received this gorgeous emerald-cut diamond ring from her husband, George VI. Set in platinum with baguette diamonds on each side, it's certainly a sight for sore eyes. Much like other royal family rings, she was not the only person or even the last person to own this special piece.

Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall’s Ring
If you thought the Queen Mother's ring looked familiar, it might be because it currently belongs to Camilla. The Duchess of Cornwall received it from Prince Charles in 2005. He gave it to her after he inherited it from his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth. It's still shining bright as ever!
As The Daily Mail reported, Prince Edward proposed to his beloved Sophie with a ring from the favorite British royal jeweler, Garrard. A two-carat oval diamond with smaller heart-shaped gems, the ring is certainly a dreamy one.
