Just days after a Kensington Palace spokesperson finally confirmed Kate Middleton is pregnant with her third child, Life & Style magazine has uncovered new details about the Duchess’ baby joy — and revealed Kate’s fascinating pregnancy cravings! “Kate has always wanted a third child,” a source told the entertainment news outlet.

“[She] has been trying for another baby for months… she’s been suffering from nausea and morning sickness again, and she can’t stop eating spicy food and candy!” the royal insider continued. Unfortunately, Kate, 35, is again suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum — severe morning sickness that lasts throughout an entire pregnancy — which she also battled during her two previous pregnancies with kids Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 2.

Thankfully, Kate’s husband, Prince William, is taking good care of his expectant wife. “He is making a huge effort to look after her and is making sure she’s getting lots of rest. William is a hands-on dad, but he has upped his parental duties, as he wants Kate to take it easy and look after herself,” the source revealed.

William, 35, isn’t the only member of the monarchy supporting the Duchess during her third pregnancy. “Kate has talked to Queen Elizabeth about her motherhood plans, and she has been incredibly supportive. Her Majesty is just delighted that Kate has turned out to be such a star for the royal family. After all the scandals from the past, the Queen is glad Kate has brought stability to the family,” the royal insider said.

One day after Kate’s baby news was revealed to the world, William spoke out about his wife’s pregnancy — and gave royal fans an update on her health. “It’s very good news… We need Kate to get over this first bit and then we can start celebrating. It’s always a bit anxious to start with, but she’s well,” he said. We can’t wait to meet Kate and William’s new addition soon!
