The British royal family may have a net worth of around $88 billion (it’s casual) but that doesn’t mean Kate Middleton is exempt from rewearing clothes for her many royal outings — especially when it comes to her favorite boots!
On Tuesday, Oct. 2, the Duchess of Cambridge returned from maternity leave — she gave birth to third child Prince Louis back in April! — and, while visiting London’s Sayers Croft Forest School and Wildlife Garden, the 36-year-old was photographed wearing her signature Penelope Chilvers riding boots.
Kate was first spotted wearing the British brand’s long tassell boot back in the mid-2000s, years before she tied the knot with husband Prince William in 2011 and officially became a member of the monarchy.
Since then, the mom-of-three has been photographed donning the chic brown riding boots — which retail for $616 — on numerous occasions over the past 14 years. “It’s great to see the Duchess wearing the first boots we made for her in 2004 — 10 years on. The boots only get better with age. She looks fabulous in them,” designer Chilvers previously told People.
