The 35-year-old Duchess of Cambridge has been rumored to use the special, plant-based rosehip oil — an anti-inflammatory product that also fades discoloration and protects the skin from aging — for years.

Back in 2015 — while Kate was pregnant with her second baby, Princess Charlotte, now 2! — a source revealed to Us Weekly that Kate and her mom, Carole Middleton, both love using the affordable Trilogy face oil. The Duchess was allegedly first introduced to the all-natural product during her 2014 royal tour of Austalia and New Zealand.

“Kate continues to use rosehip oil in her daily skincare regiment,” the insider told the entertainment news outlet. “She loves the effect is has on her skin. [Her mother] Carole is also a fan.”

In addition to her skincare regimen, Prince William’s stunning wife also reportedly swears by Bobbi Brown makeup — she wore it on her April 2011 wedding day! — and often uses the beauty brand’s gel eyeliner, foundation, brow kit, matte lip color, and lip brush.

She additionally uses Laura Mercier’s oil-free tinted moisturizer, Kérastase hair products, Lancôme Hypnôse mascara and wears Jo Malone’s orange blossom cologne and Essie nail polish.

But, she doesn’t totally eliminate carbs

“The real cause of weight gain is a diet high in refined carbs, such as white bread and pasta, because of their high sugar content. Carbs are essential to any diet as they allow the body to store energy and keep,” Harju shared. “You’re fuller for longer, but refined carbs will spike your insulin levels, which causes your body to cling on to fat. Instead of cutting them out.”

Kate gets super creative when it comes to cooking

“To cut back on your carbs, invest in a spiralizer and swap spaghetti for courghetti — just spiralize a whole courgette, steam or dry fry it for a few minutes, and serve it as you would pasta,” Harju said. “Similarly, many supermarkets now sell cauliflower rice or cous cous, or you can make your own using a grater.”

Kate loves juicing

“[This is] a great way to inject some vitamins into your diet, but try to stick to green juices like Kate,” Harju added. “Green juices are made up mostly from leafy green vegetables such as kale, spinach, and broccoli, and so are much better for you than fruit juices, which are packed with sugar.”
