Kate Hudson wants to make one thing clear: she doesn’t have an eating disorder nor has she ever had one.

The 35-year-old spoke to Red magazine about the recent rumors regarding her thin frame and says she’s offended by the tabloid fodder. “If there is one thing I will never have, it is an eating disorder. I won’t have girls — even if it is just one or two who care — thinking that,” she shares in this month’s issue.

“Because it is a serious sickness, not something to plaster on the cover of a magazine. And I am the opposite,” she adds.

“I want girls to love themselves. I want them to feel good about who they are…the thing is, I’m lucky because I was loved,” she explains.

“But I have seen so many young women who can’t feel good about themselves because they just don’t have…that love.”

The vivacious blonde is also frequently bombarded by wedding questions, but like fellow A-lister Jennifer Aniston, the beauty isn’t in a rush to marry fiancé Matthew Bellamy.

“We are basically married. It’s really about when are we going to take the time to plan a wedding,” she admits. And if you spot the Almost Famous star without that gorgeous engagement ring, it’s not because the duo have split.

Kate confesses she doesn’t always wear the $200,000 sparkler because “it can be a little much. I like to wear my push gift [a different ring] for pushing out Bing.”

The actress has been engaged to the Muse frontman since 2011 and the couple have son Bingham, 3. Kate also has son Ryder, 10, from a previous marriage.
