It has been six months since Kate Hudson gave birth to her third child, Rani Rose, and she recently shared with her fans just how she is doing with her post-baby body.

The 39-year-old took to Instagram on Wednesday, April 17, to update everyone on how it is going with her diet after having her daughter. “Okay my friends, wanted to share! I’m a couple lbs from goal weight!” the actress began a caption of a photo that shows her lifting her shirt to present her toned body. “I’ve done it without stressing on food or working out like crazy although I have been disciplined,” she continued.

The Almost Famous star, who is a Weight Watchers ambassador, refers to them as well, saying, “I’ve taken my time, I’ve stayed true to my @ww app which I am so grateful for our relationship and that they included me in their family because it’s an incredible set up. Easy as pie! And I can eat pie … except it’s anywhere from 9-22 points which is not the best move … I personally go for the 5 point wine or vodka martini for a treat.” She added, “I digress … What I am posting is a huge gratitude post! I feel lucky that my other work life (when my entrepreneur hat is on) is surrounded by the most inspiring people.” Take a look at the post below!

Okay my friends, wanted to share! I’m a couple lbs from goal weight! I’ve done it without stressing on food or working out like crazy although I have been disciplined. I feel lucky that my other work life (when my entrepreneur hat 🎩 is on) is surrounded by the most inspiring people. To every single person in the @fabletics community and every person in the @ww community, you keep me focused and encouraged. I thank you! Yes, active lifestyle I find enjoyable and yes, understanding food is a passion of mine but it doesn’t mean that I don’t need the support like everyone else. Sharing the little parts of my wellness journey with you makes me feel oh so good. I can only hope that what I put out there can make you feel good and bring encouragement in return. Love, Kate 🙏 PS I ain’t done yet! 😜 #NoFilter #AndILoveAFilter 😉

This isn’t the first time the Bride Wars costar has commented on her body — she once defended herself from criticism she received after teaming up with WW. “My struggle is not in weight loss,” she told Today on January 10. “Mine is about staying healthy, trying to stay focused and balanced. One of the things about this re-imagining of WW is it’s not just about weight, it’s about wellness. To me, it’s all about support. … Everyone’s looking to how do you get motivated, how do you stay motivated?”

It certainly seems like Kate is doing all she can to get and stay healthy!
