Fans are adamant that Kate Hudson has gotten plastic surgery during her career — more specifically a nose job! The 38-year-old actress is arguably one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood, but critics still can't help but make their assumptions about her look.
In a new exclusive interview with Closer Weekly, Dr. Vartan Mardirossian opened up about the star's nose job. "She gained a great deal of dorsal projection. In other words, the so-called bridge of the nose is more prominent on the after photo. That could have been a cartilage or bone graft or even an implant that created that additional nasal volume and contour," he shared. "There is definitely some swelling or scar tissue that (still) interferes with the appearance, especially in the area between the eyes."

Dr. Mardirossian added, "The nose is definitely straighter than it was before the procedure. Because of the increased projection (or prominence) of the dorsum, the tip appears to be less rotated (pointing more "down"). The size of the nostrils appears unchanged. Overall a good [although] somewhat "early" result."
In another new exclusive interview with Closer, Dr. Andrew Miller shared, "It does appear that the bridge of the nose and the tip have been made smaller, but not overly so, which is very important in rhinoplasty." He added, "A natural look should always be achieved."
Kate was previously questioned about any procedures she may have gotten done by InStyle, to which she replied, "That's like asking someone if they see a therapist—and why?" Goldie Hawn's daughter continued, "If someone wants to go get butt implants, then sure, go get butt implants. The real question is, How do they treat the person next to them? Are they a**holes or are they awesome?" You keep doing you, Kate!
