Say it ain’t so! Julie Chen broke our hearts when she announced she’d be leaving The Talk following her former CBS CEO husband Leslie Moonves‘ decision to step down from the network after being accused of sexual harassment. And now we have more sad news to share. The stylish TV star may also be leaving Big Brother after 18 memorable years.

“Her contract expires in two weeks and will not renew,” a source told Radar Online. “There is no offer and she didn’t request a meeting to have one — she’s done when it ends in a couple weeks.”

Season 20 of the hit CBS reality show will conclude on Wednesday, Sept. 26, but we won’t just be finding out the winner around that time. “Her Big Brother exit will be sad,” another insider shared with the news outlet. “She’s expected to announce her departure after the finale.” We honestly have no clue who could ever be as good as Julie at hosting the show…

Julie made headlines during last week’s eviction episode when she ended the show by tweaking her famous line to say, “From outside the Big Brother house, I’m Julie Chen Moonves, goodnight.” Everyone at the reality series was reportedly “stunned” by it. “She’s never done that before,” the insider shared.

This news comes just days after Julie shared an emotional farewell speech to her talk show fans on Twitter. “I have been at The Talk since the day it started nine years ago, and the cast, crew, and staff have become family to me over the years. But right now, I need to spend more time at home with my husband and our young son. So I’ve decided to leave The Talk,” Julie began.

“I want to thank everyone at the show for our wonderful years together. I will always, always cherish the memories we shared. Most importantly, I want to thank you, the viewers, for allowing me into your home every day. It was a privilege that I will forever be grateful for. To everyone behind the scenes… I send you my love. I will miss you all very, very much,” she added before she started crying. These shows seriously won’t be the same without her!
