Julia Roberts and Danny Moder Get Cozy as They Enjoy Rare Date Night at Charity Event

Celebrity couple Julia Roberts and Danny Moder can make anyone believe in love! The two enjoyed a rare date night together when they attended CORE’s 10th Anniversary Gala on Wednesday, January 15.

The event was hosted by Sean Penn and a ton of celebrities — like Naomi Campbell, Connie Britton and the couple’s friend Leonardo DiCaprio — were in attendance. Julia, 52, and Danny, 50, were spotted chatting with the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood star, who arrived to the event solo.

In fact, it looked like Leo wasn’t trying to be seen, because he covered his face with a black baseball cap and didn’t walk the red carpet with any of his peers. However, Julia and Danny were able to catch him for a conversation.

The Pretty Woman actress cozied up next to her husband once the event got underway and they even shared a couple of laughs. When Extra recently asked the star what it’s like being Danny’s wife, Julia said it’s been a lovely experience.

“He’s an awesome human being. We have so much fun,” she gushed in September 2018. The mom of three — to kids Henry, 12, and twins Phinnaeus and Hazel, both 15 — loves to collaborate on projects with Danny.

“I love working with him. I don’t know how it is for him — you’d have to ask him!” she once told Closer Weekly. But don’t get it twisted, Julia still puts Danny and their children before anything else!

“When she had kids, she learned to be assertive about letting industry people know her work was no longer her priority,” a source previously told Closer. “She actually received a ton of pressure when she stepped back from acting for a while. People even warned her it could do irreversible damage to her career, but she didn’t care.”

Luckily, that “irreversible damage” thing never happened. Julia is still starring in movies and is able to balance that date nights with Danny and cuddles with their children.
