Want to live like Johnny Depp? Now you can, for just $27 million!

The 52-year-old actor is selling his stunning 37-acre French estate, according to Sotheby’s International Realty France. The property, which Johnny bought in 2001, amasses more than a dozen buildings including a main house, several guest houses, a chapel, a café and a garage.

The Mortdecai actor, his then-partner Vanessa Paradis, 42, and their two children, daughter Lily-Rose, 16, and son Jack, 13, reportedly spent several summers at the property — located just 25 miles away from Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt‘s French home — before he and Vanessa split in 2012. Johnny is now married to actress and model Amber Heard, 29.

“Johnny has decided to sell the Plan de la Tour property to close this chapter of his life and move on. He hopes that someone else will enjoy the property as much as he did and bring him or her the same happiness it brought him,” Sotheby’s France chairman Alexander Kraft said of the 12-bedroom, 12-bathroom home.

According to Sotheby’s, the estate “is not a ritzy showplace, but an utterly charming family home that truly reflects Johnny Depp’s unique character and taste. Its enchanting bohemian atmosphere sets it apart from many other major estates in Southern France and makes it truly one-of-a-kind.”
