Kelly Preston Shares Family Photos While on Vacation With John Travolta and Kids: ‘So Much Fun’
So fun! Kelly Preston may have just returned home from her vacation with husband John Travolta and their two kids, but the beloved actress couldn’t help but reminisce on her family’s fun-filled times while visiting Kissimmee, Florida, at the beginning of December. In honor of the family trip, Kelly shared clips and videos with John, 65, and their children.
“#tbt We had so much fun sledding in Florida at the Polar Express ice sculpture exhibit!!” the 57-year-old beauty gushed in the caption on Thursday, December 12. “I still can’t believe these are made of ice. Happy Holidays!!”
In the post she shared, the Jerry Maguire actress — who shares daughter Ella, 19, and son Ben, 8, as well as late son Jett, with the Grease actor — was all smiles as the crew enjoyed their stay in beautiful Florida. In one of the photos she shared, Kelly, her 65-year-old hubby and their son, who also brought a friend along on the family vaca, can be seen posing in large coats after spending the day at an ice sculpture exhibit.
In the video she attached to her post, the famous family can be seen being pushed down a slide of ice while sitting in a tube. John, Kelly, Ben and Ella all raced down the hill to see who’s tube would make it down first. Although Ben was in the lead for most of the time, John quickly came up behind him and beat him to the finish.
On December 7, Kelly gave fans a glimpse of her family’s vacation as she shared a video of them enjoying some attractions at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. “Sledding with my boys at Gaylord Palms Ice!” Kelly captioned a video John took while sledding down the hill. “Their Polar Express Ice Sculpture exhibit was GORGEOUS!”
Fans of the longtime couple — who tied the knot almost 30 years ago in 1991 — gushed over the family’s fun getaway in the comment section. “Great memories with the family!” one fan wrote, while another echoed, “Glad you had so much fun!” A third fan chimed in, writing, “Merry Christmas to you and your family and have a fantastic New Year.”
Ever since the loss of their beloved teenage son Jett in 2009, John and Kelly have done everything in their power to keep their family close. In fact, an insider explained why the Gotti stars are so focused on spending quality time with their family — especially Ben.
“They bring him to everything they do,” a source told Closer Weekly. “They love keeping the family together.” The dedicated dad even told Good Morning America Ben has been a blessing for their family. “Certainly having little Benjamin has been a beautiful kind of glue for us to re-bond after a tremendous loss,” he gushed at the time.
