They’re ready for baby No. 2! In a new interview with Entertainment Tonight, John Stamos opened up about him and his wife, Caitlin McHugh, giving their six-month-old son, Billy Stamos, a younger sibling.

“It’ll be soon,” the 55-year-old dad shared before adding that expanding their family will have to happen at the right time. “We have this cruise planned, a family cruise, and Caitlin’s been like ‘We’ve got to have a baby, we’ve got to have a baby!’ And then she’s like, ‘You know it’s going to interfere with the cruise so we might have to wait a month.'”

While speaking to ET, proud dad John also opened up about one-day allowing his son to use social media. “Never,” he said about the thought of Billy one day making an Instagram account. “I’ve put him on, barely once on mine and I got so baby-shamed online about how I was holding him or whatever it was and I said that’s it.”

John agreed that Instagram can sometimes give users a very frustrating experience when you just “want to share your happiness with the world.” However, his critics have taught him to be more cautious of what he posts online. Since Billy is still very young, John said, “We’ll just have to wait until he’s old enough to decide if he wants to be on [social media].”

Even though John was dad-shamed on Instagram, he’s still not afraid to show his son off to the world. He recently shared a post of himself having a fun pool day with Billy. “Some days are just better than others,” he captioned the cute photo. We can’t wait for John and Caitlin to have another baby!
