Former Fixer Upper star Joanna Gaines is one talented lady! In a new Instagram video, the mom-of-five, 40, attempted to show her 10 million followers that she’s still very flexible by trying to do a back walkover after a little girl — who’s possibly one of her two daughters — executed two perfect flips in a gymnastics gym. But instead of sticking the perfect landing, Joanna fell flat on her face and, without missing a beat, began laughing at herself.

At the beginning of the fun clip, it was hard to tell that Joanna wasn’t going to do a perfect back walkover because she looked totally prepared to execute the fancy move. To start, Joanna threw her hands up in the air and tried to find her balance before she attempted to flip backward. But once she leaned over and let her hands touch the ground, Joanna immediately lost her balance and tumbled on the mat. Watch the cute video below!

“When you think you still got it … but you don’t,” she captioned the hilarious video. Although Joanna probably won’t be competing in the 2020 Summer Olympics, she still keeps herself in great shape by eating healthy meals.

“The hardest part [of] eating healthy is the prep work. I like to set aside thirty minutes at the beginning of the week to clean and chop my veggies and fruits,” Joanna previously shared on Instagram, before revealing how she gets her five children to eat their veggies, too. “My kids aren’t big fans of raw or steamed veggies but they love the taste and texture of vegetables when I oven roast them.”

“It’s simple — line your pan with foil and drizzle your veggies with olive oil (I like to stir around to make sure it’s all coated) and then sprinkle with sea salt and fresh ground pepper,” she continued. “Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. (I love adding sweet potatoes to the mix bc they curb my sweet tooth. Oven roasted kale chips are a favorite too!). #eatgoodfeelgood ❤️.”
