Late night host Jimmy Kimmel is going to become a dad for the third time!

“I’m having a baby…with Ellen” joked the comedian on “The Ellen Degeneres Show.” But the star later clarified he was, in fact, expecting with wife of 7-months, Molly McNearney.

“No, I decided to have the first one with my wife. We got married in July, and you know, it’s interesting. It’s disgusting the way babies are made,” the 46-year-old said.

Known for his comedic tendencies, DeGeneres asked Kimmel to once again confirm the big news, to which the “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” host replied, “Unless [Molly’s] kidding, yeah.”

The Brooklyn native already has two children, Katie, 22, and Kevin, 20, from his first marriage to ex-wife Gina. The pair divorced in 2002.

Kimmel admitted he’s “really forgotten everything” about raising a child, noting, “It’s funny because I was just with some friends who just had a baby…and there’s new ways to do things. You hold them by the front of the neck now, it seems,” mused the host.

And although the couple have yet to find out the sex of the baby, they are already thinking about names, though they’re not conventional!

“Depending upon the sex of the baby, Karate or The Riddler are the names we’re thinking of right now,” Kimmel joked to DeGeneres.

At 46, Kimmel called having another baby “very weird at my age,” but he certainly isn’t the only celebrity to welcome a new born after the age of 45!
