He’s still got it 40 years later! John Travolta appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday, June 13, and graced us all with some dancing from his hit movie Grease.

During his sit-down with the TV personality, John, 64, opened up about his iconic dance moves from the 1978 film to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the premiere of the movie in NYC, specifically his end-of-movie “You’re the One That I Want” scene with co-star Olivia Newton-John.

“The four corners!” John explained to a confused Jimmy. “Like in Pulp Fiction, I grew up with all these novelty dances. So in Grease they needed a step for ‘You’re the One That I Want’ at the end. So I said, ‘Well, we used to do the four corners, why don’t we do that?’ So the choreographer said, ‘Show it to me,’ and I did.”

The best part, though, came when John got up to teach Jimmy the iconic moves. “This is unbelievable!” he gushed. Then they both broke out with an in-sync dance to the hit song, and let’s just say, we think Jimmy could pull off the Danny Zuko role as well!

During his recent visit to the Cannes Film Festival, John took a moment to remember the hit movie. “This is a film that’s so timeless that keeps on giving to each new generation,” he said, according to ET. “When people watch this, they just get happy. They want to become the characters they’re watching. They want to sing along with it, they want to dance, they want to be part of this film. When mutual enthusiasm comes together and creates an environment you can create almost anything — and we created Grease.” Here’s hoping for another installment of the film with John and Olivia!
