Jillian Michaels is getting married!
The 42-year-old The Biggest Loser star is engaged to her longtime partner Heidi Rhoades. Though the two have been planning to marry for months, the news of their engagement officially broke on the evening of Tuesday, March 8 on the season finale of Jillian’s new reality show, Just Jillian.
“I know I’m an a–hole all the time, but if you will continue to put up with me, I would like you to marry me,” Jillian said while proposing to Heidi at a movie theater surrounded by their family and friends.

“Heidi is the perfect person for me. The only place where there’s like a solace… a safe haven is with my family,” Jillian added in a voiceover on the show. “And Heidi is the nucleus of that family. She’s the glue that really holds everything together and I think without that, I would be lost.”
Jillian and Heidi first began dating in 2009 and are parents to a daughter, Lukensia, 5, and a son, Phoenix, 3. Jillian adopted Lukensia from Haiti the same week Heidi gave birth to their son in May 2012.
