Oh no! On the evening of Wednesday, Jan. 9, RadarOnline reported that Ben Stiller‘s father, Jerry Stiller, was rushed to the hospital in NYC after dealing with a medical emergency.

According to sources, the King of Queens actor’s condition was serious and resulted in a rush to the emergency room. There were rumors that the 91-year-old suffered a stroke, but another insider revealed to the news outlet that it was not that.

Jerry sadly lost his wife, Anne Meara, in 2015 at age 85. “I miss her,” the actor exclusively told Closer in a previous interview. “She was a presence.”

He added, “There were no walls between us in any way. We both knew what the other was thinking even when we weren’t listening. We also shared the same desire to be in front of an audience and make people laugh.”

Anne and Jerry had two children together, Ben, and his sister, Amy Stiller. “She loved being a mother,” Jerry remembered. “That was even more important to her than being onstage.”

Jerry will reportedly be released soon. We’re keeping him in our thoughts during this scary time.
