It seems Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg are eager to expand their family — but not with babies! According to a new report, the Hollywood couple wants to fill their home with foster children.

While recently speaking to Life & Style magazine, Jenny, 45, revealed that while she and her 49-year-old hubby are currently busy parenting the radio star’s 16-year-old son, Evan Asher, and Donnie’s youngest son, Elijah Wahlberg, 17, that “so many kids are in foster care and need a place” and they’re considering taking them in after the boys have left for college.

Because they’re already parents to two teen boys, Jenny said that adding more kids to the mix really wouldn’t be too difficult on their routine. “Like every weekend, we have 15 teenagers in the house,” she told Life & Style. “We’re used to it.”

Though Jenny said she and Donnie would love to house more children, she has no interest in raising babies again. “When our kids are out of the house we can give [the foster children] our full attention,” she added.

Jenny previously welcomed her only child, son Evan, in 2002 with her ex-husband, John Asher. Donnie has two sons, Xavier Wahlberg, 25, and Elijah, with his ex-wife, Kimberly Fey.

During a previous interview with CafeMom, Jenny candidly opened up about Evan’s special relationship with his stepfather, Donnie. “It sounds weird, but it’s always been me and Evan. Even though I’ve been dating people, it’s still me and Evan. We’re the best together — just alone,” she began.

“The three of us are… I was talking to Donnie just now on the phone and said Evan officially moves June 4 to New York, and he’s like, ‘I cannot wait. Finally! Remember when we were on vacation?’ He said, ‘And what did we say about that vacation?’ It was the three of us on vacation, for 11 days, in one hotel room. And I said, ‘It was the best time of our lives.’ And he said, ‘That’s right, so let’s get on with the best part of our life, and get Evan in this house.’ I feel like you’re the best man ever. That’s what you want — a guy who realizes they’re not just marrying a girl. They’re marrying a package deal, you know?”
