Jennifer Lopez’s 11-Year-Old Daughter Emme Proves She Can Sing Just Like Her Mama in New Video — Watch!
Looks like Jennifer Lopez‘s daughter inherited more than just her killer looks! In a new video that J. Lo, 49, shared to YouTube on Saturday, May 11, she showed a clip of 11-year-old daughter Emme singing her heart out to Alicia Key‘s hit song “If I Ain’t Got You.”
The video, which gave a behind-the-scenes look into the World of Dance judge’s glamorous life showed her dancing in rehearsal, doing costume fittings and, most of all, singing with her daughter. After Emme sings the whole entire chorus on key with a piano accompanying her, Jennifer pulls the kiddo in for a long hug to say how proud she is and that she sang so beautifully.
“We should have her come out and do something on tour,” she tells staff members who are cheering for Emme. “You want to? You want to put a little piece in the show?” Emme just shrugs her shoulders to let her mom know that she isn’t ready to jump into performing just as yet. “We’ll see. We’ll check it out,” Jennifer said, giving Emme kisses on her head. “You don’t have to.”
This isn’t the first time Emme has shown the world that she is a little J. Lo in the making. When her mom released her music video for her song “Limitless,” on December 20, fans were surprised to see J. Lo’s daughter stealing the show.
“I die. I die. I die,” the Second Act star recently told Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show about her daughter’s dancing. “When you see the video, it’s so empowering for, just to see her doing this but, like, for women.” She added, “We really bonded.”
We can’t wait for Emme to join J. Lo on tour!
