Start saving your money because Jennifer Lopez is going on tour! The 49-year-old singer revealed her plans to hit the road again when she appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday, February 13 to talk about her upcoming 50th birthday in July.
“This summer, I decided I wanted to do something big for my birthday since it’s a big birthday,” she admitted to host Ellen DeGeneres. “I’m going on a U.S. tour, it’s called It’s My Party … We’re only doing 25, 28 shows, something like that. It’s just a small amount of shows, but we’ll be out all through June and July.”
Although tickets for It’s My Party: The Live Celebration aren’t on sale just yet, Jennifer said she plans on visiting 24 U.S. cities including Los Angeles, New York, Houston and Chicago and her last show is expected to be in Miami on Friday, July 26.
“It’s nuts,” Jennifer said about turning 50 years old and admitted that she still feels as young as ever. “Anybody else still feel like you’re 16? I do!” she joked on The Ellen Show. “I feel like I’m 26!” Not only does Jen feel young, but her body still looks amazing, too.
She has been keeping herself in tip-top shape by working out with her boyfriend, Alex Rodriguez. “I enjoy working out with her,” Alex, 43, previously gushed in an interview. “We mix it up. We like to lift, and we enjoy bike riding. She is a talented jock.”

Feeling like superwoman after the show tonight! When I started this run I thought omg 15 shows in 27 days that’s a lot… but I made a promise to myself that instead of letting it wear me down I would be even stronger at the end of it…I will work out and be in the best shape of my life… There were moments I was tired and there was travel and I had to fit in my workouts where I could… but here we are with only 3 shows left!! And I am having so many emotions but mostly just feeling strong, happy and grateful!!! #allihavefinal15 #3showstogo #we’renotdoneyet #letsgoooo #makepromisestoyourselfandkeepthem @phvegas
And Jennifer loves breaking a sweat, too. “I am 100 percent convinced that working out is part of what makes me so happy,” she previously explained in another interview. “I love the way working out makes me feel, so I try to keep my body hydrated and well rested after every workout. That way I’m ready to hit it hard again the next day.”
