"It's a Full Time Job"Jennifer Lopez Talks Balancing Her Relationships With Ex-Husband Marc Anthony and Boyfriend Casper Smart

Since her 2014 divorce from Marc Anthony, Jennifer Lopez has been dating Casper Smart — and thankfully, her ex-husband and boyfriend get along great!

In a candid new interview, the 46-year-old star opened up about balancing her relationships with both Marc and Casper while still making her two kids, twins Max and Emme, both 8, her No. 1 priority.

“[Balancing everything is] a full time job… It’s my first job to [ensure my children are happy], to make sure [they’re] okay, or else I couldn’t do all the other things I do,” Jennifer said during a joint interview with People and Entrainment Weekly.

Jen added both her ex-husband Marc and boyfriend, Casper, are a “big part” of keeping her kids happy. “My relationship with them, our references are always in reference to the kids. What’s best for them, what’s good for them, let’s talk this way in front of them… You know what I mean? Once they’re happy, they just add happiness and joy into the home and then everything else kind of goes from there,” she said.

Jennifer and Marc, 47, married in June 2004 and welcomed Max and Emme in February 2008. After the former couple split — and later finalized their divorce in 2014 — Jen began dating Casper, 28, in October 2011 and the two have been an item ever since!
