Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez Purchase Malibu Beach House Together for $6.6 Million

Looks like Jennifer Lopez and her boyfriend, Alex Rodriquez, will need to call up a moving company because the pair just purchased a beach home in Malibu.

The actress, 49, and the former ballplayer, 43, bought the home on January 25, 2019, for $6.6 million from Entourage alum Jeremy Piven. The couple’s new purchase is 4,404-square-feet and has four bedrooms and four baths. It’s no surprise that the duo is shuffling residences, especially since they recently put up their Manhattan condo for $17.5 million less than one year after buying it for a little over $15 million. The Second Act star owns a ton of other properties in the California and New York areas — she has four other places in the city that never sleeps and one more on the West Coast to go along with her most recent purchase. As for the former Yankee, he also owns another home in West Hollywood and one in Miami.

Jennifer and Alex have been dating since 2017 and are clearly feeling very serious about one another. The singer took to Instagram recently to celebrate her two-year anniversary with her man.

“Two years of laughter, two years of fun, two years of adventures, of excitement, of growing, and learning, of true friendship and so much love!!” she captioned the post featuring numerous photos of the pair together. “You make my world a more beautiful safe and stable place … in the midst of our ever-changing, ever-moving life … you make me feel like a teenager starting out all over again … Every time I think I have you pegged, you surprise me in the most wonderful ways reminding me how blessed I am to have found you now in this moment at this time … our time … Te Amo Macho …”

The two have also been spending time with each other’s kids as their relationship progresses. Perhaps Jennifer and Alex are eager to buy a bigger home so that they may join their blended family? That remains to be seen!
