Congratulations are in order for Jennifer Garner — she just got a coveted star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame! The 46-year-old actress received the honor on Monday, Aug. 20 and we can’t get over how grown up Jen’s three kids look in pics from the special event.

In snapshots from the day, Jennifer adorably posed with her children Violet, 12, Seraphina, 9, and Samuel, 6, and other members of her extended family including her two lookalike sisters and parents, William and Patricia Garner. Noticeably absent from the event was Jen’s ex-husband Ben Affleck, whom she split with in June 2015 after 10 years of  marriage.

During her emotional speech, Jennifer remembered first moving to LA in her early acting days. “Making a couple hundred dollars a week to pay for my apartment, I really thought that was as good as it was going to get. I was completely and totally thrilled with that,” she said adding that her Hollywood success has “all been a big accident.”

She then opened up about a few of her most memorable roles. “Playing Sydney Bristow defined me for so long, and it re-defined me to myself,” she said of her famous Alias TV gig. “It made me strong and made me more confident. It even changed the tenor of my voice. Talk about language — I literally had to learn different languages.”

Regarding her hit 2004 rom-com 13 Going on 30, Jennifer said, “There’s rarely a day that I’m out in the world that somebody doesn’t mention 13 going on 30. It just pops up in your life as a GIF.”

The actress — who was born in Texas and raised in West Virginia — also thanked her family for their love and support over the years. “My family is not a Hollywood-y family. My little sister is an accountant. My older sister’s in marketing. They have always been unabashedly proud and happy for me, but my job is not the focal point of our family,” Jennifer said. Congrats again on your star, Jen!
