We all know Jennifer Garner loves being the best mom to her three wonderful children. While recently sitting down with Kristen Bell and three other moms to chat about a series of parenting topics on the season 4 premiere of Momsplaining with Kristen Bell, the 13 Going on 30 star dished how much she enjoyed giving birth to her kids.

The 47-year-old beauty first revealed her confession when the show’s host asked mom Emilie Haskell, who is currently five months pregnant with her first child, how she feels about giving birth in just a few months. After admitting that she’s “feeling pretty good” but “starting to get a little bit nervous about labor,” Jen offered some comforting words.

“I think it is the most romantic day you’ll ever experience,” the Alias actress — who is the proud mom of daughters Violet, 13, and Seraphina, 10, as well as 7-year-old son Samuel with ex-husband Ben Affleck — gushed to the group.

It seems Kristen, 39, couldn’t agree considering she looked like she practically saw a ghost. “You’re a better person than me,” the Veronica Mars actress, who shares 4-year-old Delta and 6-year-old Lincoln with husband Dax Shepard, said as the women erupted in laughter. “Because I was gonna say, ‘It’s gonna look like a homicide!’ Way more blood than you think there should be.” LOL!

Although it seems like it was just yesterday when Jen gave birth to her first child in 2005, fans can’t believe how fast her kids grew up. In fact, she’s already getting the taste of life as a mom of soon-to-be teenagers. While paying a visit to The Tonight Show in mid-September, the Peppermint star dished the super hilarious way her kids mock her when they don’t get what they want.

“If you’re like me, I kill the fun,” the mom of three told host Jimmy Fallon at the time. “I am so lame. I say no to everything. They call me the dragon. They have all these names for me.” Jen even revealed the funny note one of her daughters wrote to her. “When I grow up, I want to be a fun-killing mom, just like you!” Too funny!

Even though motherhood isn’t always easy, Jen feels like the luckiest mama in the world. “I can’t really complain about my kids,” she gushed to Katie Couric earlier last month. “They’re pretty awesome. They humor me.”
