Fans all across the world could relate to Jennifer Garner when she recently admitted that former teen idol Donny Osmond has always had a soft spot in her heart. “My number one biggest crush of all time @donnyosmond,” the 13 Going on 30 star wrote alongside a blowing-kiss emoji.

The adorable confession came after former Today cohost Katie Couric posted an epic throwback video of The Osmonds sharing the stage with Cher in the 1970s. “If this doesn’t get you going this morning, nothing will. Long live @Cher and The Osmonds (hi @DonnyOsmond),” Katie, 62, captioned the clip on Tuesday, April 30, as the music icons sang Stevie Wonder‘s “Superstition.”

In the video, reposted by AFlashBak, Donny, 61, and The Osmond clan — including brothers Merrill OsmondJay OsmondDavid OsmondAlan OsmondWayne Osmond and Jimmy Osmond — can be seen dancing and singing along in the back as Cher belted out the lyrics to Stevie’s hit. Too bad Marie Osmond wasn’t part of the fun!

After Jen’s hilarious teenage confession, The Masked Singer star reached out to her with the funniest reply. “Miraculous that those jumpsuits didn’t scare you away,” he quipped, referencing the electric-purple jumpsuits the guys wore — nearly matching the “Believe” songstress.

The “I’ll Make a Man Out of You” singer ended up reposting the incredible throwback clip on Instagram. “Didn’t expect to see this treasure from the #OsmondFamily fashion files today, @KatieCouric,” he wrote in the caption. “The #1970s clearly got the best of us! @Cher, on the other hand, clearly got the best of the #70s. Who else would like to see her bring back that incredible hair?”

Unsure if Donny saw Jen’s adorable message, Katie wrote in the comment section of the brown-haired hunk’s post and jokingly offered a few words of advice for the Peppermint actress. “This is so awesome Donny! @jennifer.garner commented that she had a huge crush on you!” the journalist wrote. “Get in line. Hey one bad apple don’t spoil the whole bunch!”

Too funny!
