Though Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are no longer a couple, the A-list duo are still repectful and loving co-parents to their three adorable kids. So, it's no surprise that Jen, 46, wrote a super sweet Father's Day message to Ben, 45, via Instagram on Sunday, June 17.

"Our kids are lucky to have a dad who looks at them the way you look at them and loves them the way you love them, @BenAffleck. #HappyFathersDay #ThreeLuckyKids #HaveAGreatDay," Jennifer wrote on the social media site.

Jen and Ben — who were married from 2005 until 2015 — are parents to three kids, daughters Violet Affleck, 12, and Seraphina Affleck, 9, and son Samuel Affleck, 6. On Father's Day, Ben also took to Instagram to write a sweet message about being a dad to his children.

"I can think of three incredible reasons why today is so special. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads and father figures out there, and to the women that empower them to be the best they can be. We are all so fortunate beyond measure," he captioned a photo of a drawing with the text, "Love you, Dad! You are my superhero."

Despite their split, Jennifer and Ben have been dedicated co-parents to their kids over the years and are often spotted celebrating holidays and attending church as a family. When asked in a previous interview how the former couple successfully raises their children together, Ben simply said he and Jen "do our best" and "try our best" to be great parents. Keep up the good work, guys!
