It seems Jennifer Aniston is feeling the pressure!

In the January issue of ‘Allure’ magazine, the 45-year-old actress slams the constant accusations she’s chosen her career over having kids, and says the claims are both unfair and painful to hear.

“This continually is said about me: that I was so career-driven and focused on myself; that I don’t want to be a mother, and how selfish that is,” she said.

“I don’t like [the pressure] that people put on me, on women, that you’ve failed yourself as a female because you haven’t procreated,” she continued. “I don’t think it’s fair. You may not have a child come out of your vagina, but that doesn’t mean that you aren’t mothering — dogs, friends, friends, children.”

The former ‘Friends’ star — who was previously married to Brad Pitt from 2000 – 2005 and is now engaged to actor Justin Theroux — further stated she finds it “quite rude, insulting and ignorant” that people make assumptions of why she doesn’t have children.

Though Jennifer did not reveal in the interview whether she hoped to have children in the future, she did speak glowingly about Justin, her fiancé of two years.

“We’re equals,” she gushed to ‘Allure.’ “He’s a nurturer. He is so fiercely loyal. Beyond protective. I mean, the way he takes care of our dogs, he takes care of me, he takes care of friends.”
