She’s one of Hollywood’s most timeless beauties, and at 50 years old, Jennifer Aniston looks better than ever. Although she credits a healthy lifestyle and vigorous workouts for being able to maintain her envious figure, the beloved Friends actress recently advised that you find true happiness the moment you accept yourself for who you are.

“Happiness is the big key. My dad is 100 percent Greek, he barely has a wrinkle,” she told First Ladies costar Tig Notaro for Harpers Bazaar. “Neither did my grandmother, who was 95 when she died. My life is a happy life. It’s a choice. It’s hard work, you know. You work out, you just take care of yourself and you exercise. You eat right, you sleep, you’re happy.”

The Just Go With It actress emphasized the importance of being able to accept your body. “When we’re kids, we are constantly working out for smaller arms, a leaner butt, a flat tummy,” she told the outlet. Jen even dished that her derrière, which “has a tendency to go right and left and I’d like it to go up,” has always been an insecurity of hers. Nowadays, it’s not as much as an issue for her. “Let it be,” she added. “I can be a little soft.”

While shooting for Harpers Bazaar, the We’re The Millers star posed topless on the beach while wearing black leather Hermes shorts paired with black tights and Gianvito Rossi Shoes. “There was a version of an outfit that we did without a top, but I’m covering my breasticles,” Jen dished to her friend. “There’s nothing offensive out there for anyone unless they think breasts themselves are offensive.”

While the thought of posing nude in front of tons of people sounds nervewracking to the average person, Jen embraced it. “It felt completely normal. I think our bodies are beautiful, and I think celebrating them and being comfortable in them — no matter what age you are — is important,” she gushed. “There shouldn’t be any kind of shame or discomfort around it.” You go, girl!
