She has had two high-profile divorces, but Jennifer Aniston is tired of people of people feeling sorry for her and calling her “sad-in-love Jen.”

“When a couple break up in Hollywood, it’s the woman who is scorned. The woman is left sad and alone. She’s the failure. F that,” the 50-year-old tells The Sun. “Some people are just built to be wives and have babies. I don’t know how naturally that comes to me,” she added.

The Friends alum was married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005, and to Justin Theroux from 2015 to 2017. She did not have children with any of her exes. This isn’t the first time that the actress has opened up about her love life — she once told Elle, “My marriages, they’ve been very successful, in [my] personal opinion. And when they came to an end, it was a choice that was made because we chose to be happy, and sometimes happiness didn’t exist within that arrangement anymore.”

She continued, “I also was never a kid who sat around and dreamed about a wedding, you know? Those were never my fantasies. When I was first popped the question, it was so foreign to me. My priorities weren’t about finding partnership and who am I gonna marry and what am I gonna wear on my wedding day. I was building houses with shoe boxes and toilet paper and felt.”

“It was always about finding a home that felt safe. And I’m sure, because I was from a divorced-parent home, that was another reason I wasn’t like, ‘Well, that looks like a great institution,’” the Dumplin‘ star added.

Marriage may not be on the Golden Globes winner’s radar, let alone dating, as Jennifer revealed that she’s too busy for any of that. “Am I on OkCupid? No. I have zero time, to be honest,” she told Harper’s Bazaar in an interview published on Monday, May 6. “My focus has been [on my show First Ladies], so dating has not been one of my first priorities. I feel like whatever [romance] looks like, it will present itself, and it’s not about seeking it out, you know?”

“When [love] comes knocking, it’s going to be welcomed. I’m not like, ‘No, I’m done with that. That’s never going to happen again,’” Jennifer added.

This is just more proof that Jennifer is a strong woman who knows exactly what she wants in life.
