She’s ready to be a cougar! It’s been six months since Jennifer Aniston announced her split from husband Justin Theroux, and now, the Friends alum is allegedly ready to get back on the dating scene.

According to Life & Style, Jen, 49, “isn’t looking for a commitment right now” but has been “asking her girlfriends to set her up with someone in his 20s or 30s who won’t get too attached.”

“Jen’s sick and tired of being portrayed as the heartbroken one and thinks being spotted with a handsome new man on her arm could help set the record straight,” a source revealed in the magazine’s latest issue, on newsstands now.

This interestingly isn’t the first time that we’ve heard that Jen has her eye set on dating a younger man. Another source previously told Life & Style, “Jen’s telling friends that she wants to date a younger guy. But she needs help. She wants her friends to set her up.”

One of those pals is her former Friends co-star Courteney Cox, who has been part of the cougar club for a while now, so you can bet that she can dish advice to her best friend about dating younger guys. Courteney, 54, was married to actor David Arquette, who is seven years her junior, and she’s currently engaged to Snow Patrol rocker Johnny McDaid, who is 12 years younger.

At 49 years old, Jen is looking amazing as ever so it would be pretty easy for her to find a guy — and her pals are allegedly already finding a ton of suitors. “Ellen DeGeneres and Jason Bateman are also trying to find the perfect younger man for Jen,” the insider added. “So far, they aren’t having much trouble finding guys who are interested in a catch like Jen.”

It also wouldn’t hurt if Jen landed a super handsome, way younger guy so she could compete with her ex, Justin. The 47-year-old actor has most recently been linked to 25-year-old pop star Selena Gomez, and sources previously revealed to Life & Style that things between Selena and Justin are getting serious. “They’ve become closer than ever,” the insider said. “It’s turned into something more than friendship.”
