One important thing that may be keeping Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux from walking down the aisle is a prenup!
The couple — who have been engaged since August 2012 — are reportedly "haggling" over the final details of their more than $110 million prenuptial agreement, according to 'Us Weekly.'
The document is allegedly being amended to reflect the future earnings Jennifer, 45, may receive in 'Friends' royalties from 'Netflix.' The on-demand TV streaming service released all 10 seasons of the hit sitcom on their website on Jan. 1.

"The prenup is pretty much done," a source told the magazine. "Jen won't see money from Netflix for about a year, so there has been back and forth about whether her earnings will be considered from during or before their marriage."
The insider added the 'Cake' star "prefers the latter" option.
While Justin, 43, earns an estimated $75,000 per episode on the HBO series 'The Leftovers,' Jen reportedly made $27 million in 2008 alone.
