That’s what moms are for. Jenna Bush Hager has been dealing with guilt over her most recent pregnancy, but her mother, Laura Bush, had some strong advice for her.

The Today cohost, 37, announced she was pregnant with her third child on Monday, April 22, and her sidekick Hoda Kotb had to tell her that all was well when Jenna revealed she was feeling some guilt. “Jenna, first of all, you’re amazing. And when you told me that you were pregnant, I still remember because … we were wondering about adoption issues, but listening to you, I was praying,” the 54-year-old, who recently welcomed her second daughter, Hope Catherine, said on the NBC news show after calling in.

“And you said, ‘Oh Hoda, I feel so bad.’ I said, ‘Please don’t!’ I was literally kind of holding onto a little secret and look at us, now it’s all out in the open,” she added. But Hoda wasn’t the only one to put Jenna at ease. The former president‘s daughter also revealed that she spoke to her mom, 72, and brought up her twin sister, Barbara Pierce Bush, who is trying to have a baby.

“When I had that conversation with Hoda, because I knew she wanted this baby, I called my mom,” Jenna explained. “I said, ‘Barbara’ — who just got married — ‘and Hoda, they want these babies, and I have this guilt.’ And my mom said, ‘Everybody gets their babies when they’re supposed to.’ My mom and her mom before her struggled with infertility forever, and so I thought that was a beautiful thing to say.”

“I don’t take this lightly. I know how blessed and lucky I am. It’s an amazing gift,” she continued. “So Hoda, thank you for your love and happiness and support — and give that baby a kiss.”

Jenna and her husband, Henry Hager, already share two children together —  Poppy Louise, 3, and Margaret, 6. While she may be feeling a bit of mom guilt, the TV personality is still gushing over her pregnancy. “We’re thrilled, it is a shock, it’s a lot, but we’re grateful,” she said. “[My daughters] are so happy, I mean to the point where they’re telling strangers.”

We’re excited for Jenna and her family too!
