It seems wedding bells are finally ringing for Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde! According to a new report, the 43-year-old actor and the 34-year-old actress are planning to get married after a nearly six-year engagement.

“They’ve never needed the piece of paper because they’re so committed to each other. But now that they’re a happy family-of-four, they’ve realized that they want to make it official,” a source close to the couple recently revealed to Radar Online

“Olivia and Jason are one of the most down-to-earth couples in Hollywood. They’re not planning a big celebrity affair. Instead, they’re talking about going to the courthouse with just their kids and a few family members and celebrating over dinner with some of their closest friends,” the insider continued.

“Olivia and Jason want their wedding to reflect how low-key they are,” the source added. “Being married is so much more important to them than having a fancy ceremony and reception!”

The A-list pair first became an item back in November 2011 and Jason later popped the question to Olivia in 2013. During their five-year engagement, the couple has welcomed two adorable children — son Otis Alexander Sudeikis, 4, and daughter Daisy Josephine Sudeikis, 1 — together.

During a recent interview, Olivia candidly opened up about her and Jason’s parenting styles and revealed the couple often tell their kids they “won the life lottery.” She explained, “Everything they have access to is privileged, so they have a responsibility to conserve resources and to be kind, embrace gender equality, and understand the value of their education. If we can raise a generation that thinks that way, I really think the world will improve.”

If Olivia and Jason do tie the knot, it will be both stars’ second marriage. The Life Itself actress was previously hitched to Prince Tao Ruspoli, an Italian-American filmmaker, photographer, and musician, for eight years from 2003 until 2011. Jason was married to screenwriter Kay Cannon for six years from 2004 until 2010. We can’t wait to hear more about the duo’s upcoming wedding!
