After taking a break from the stage for the past four years, superstar Janet Jackson has just announced she'll be kicking off her Unbreakable World Tour on Aug. 31!

The 49-year-old will start performing live in Vancouver, B.C., and work her way across Canada before coming back stateside to perform in major cities such as Las Vegas, Chicago and Miami before concluding the North America leg of the tour in Hawaii.

In true Jackson fashion, the powerhouse performer created hype for the tour and gave her fans an intimate behind-the-scenes video with dancers battling it out and auditioning to snag one of the highly coveted background dancer spots.
