Happy birthday, Mr. President! Donald Trump turned 72 years old on Thursday, June 14, and his eldest daughter, Ivanka Trump, gave him a sweet shout-out to celebrate on social media.

“Happy birthday Dad! I love you very much. Wishing you your best year yet!!!” she wrote alongside a photo album featuring a series of throwback photos of her and her father.

Donald previously welcomed Ivanka, 36, with his first wife, Ivana Trump, in October 1981. With Ivana, he also shares two sons: Donald Trump Jr., 40, and Eric Trump, 34. Donald is additionally a father to a 24-year-old daughter, Tiffany Trump, from his second marriage to Marla Maples. He and current wife, Melania Trump, also share a 12-year-old son, Barron Trump.

While Ivanka’s older brothers, Don Jr. and Eric, stayed back to continue their high-up jobs at The Trump Organization, Ivanka instead moved to Washington DC with the POTUS to serve as a White House advisor with husband Jared Kushner even though the two are allegedly not earning salaries in their roles.

Shortly after Donald Trump won the presidency, Ivanka revealed she would be stepping down from all her business responsibilities. “When my father takes office as the 45th President of the United States of America, I will take a formal leave of absence from The Trump Organization and my eponymous apparel and accessories brand. I will no longer be involved with the management or operations of either company,” she said at the time. “I’m going to be a daughter. But I’ve said throughout the campaign that I am very passionate about certain issues. And that I want to fight for them. So you know there’re a lot of things that I feel deeply, strongly about. But not in a formal administrative capacity.”

Perhaps Ivanka is so close to her father because of all he’s taught her. “My father has taught me to be brave, to think big and always do what I feel is right,” she once told El Comercio of her old man. “He has taught me to stay focused on the work that lies ahead of me and never give up.”
